Make Five December 7, 2007

Andrea @ 9:53 pm

When you’ve only really got a day or two off a week, you want actual time off. By investing a few hours and 20 or fewer basic ingredients, you can have five (or more!) meals ready-to go.

At least three of each of these sets can be frozen – the rest keep for easily a week in the fridge. It’s an easy way to maximize your time, effort, food dollars, and freezer space – without paying through the nose to go to one of those “make your own meal” places.

Chicken Includes Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Divan, Chicken Pot Pie, Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup, and Basic Chicken Salad
